Why Do We Write?

Is it for ourselves? Others? The Future?

This is something that I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. I mean, I love writing, I love putting pen to paper… er fingers to keys, and pumping out my thoughts for the masses. At the end of the day though, am I really writing for you? Am I writing for me? Am I writing for some subset in between. It’s complicated, and that’s what has me thinking.
